WP2 - User information (IBDiM)

The objective of this WP is to investigate how the customer can become an active part of the transport planning process through sharing and receiving data with transport operators and across modes. The primary objective of this WP is therefore to improve the user experience and to make better use of a ‘system of systems’ for passenger and freight movement. The work package will investigate physical integration of the shared user domain among all four transport modes. The integration could be achieved in terms of modal interchanges as well as information integration (e.g. crowd sourcing, mobility studies, seamless door-to-door journey planning, coordinated timetables).
